This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting. - **Late Cancellations**: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of the total appointment cost. This fee will be automatically deducted from your payment method on file or we will require a form of payment.
