Cancellation Policy

At Sunless Society, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible service. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients, we have the following cancellation policy: - **Cancellation Notice**: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting. - **Late Cancellations**: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of the total appointment cost. This fee will be automatically deducted from your payment method on file or we will require a form of payment. If you refuse to provide a form of payment you will no longer be welcome to book with us in the future. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
